Jax is the owner of this business and he is very professional and easy to work with. He responded in less than 2 hours after I left a request for what I needed through his website. In about 16 hours after I first contacted him I had all the info that I needed and it probably would have been faster if I had emailed him early in the work day instead of 10pm at night. I never used Venmo before but I was able to sign up easy and free and deliver his payment. I definitely would recommend him for anyone looking for a PI and would use him again if I ever needed one again.

I ordered a comprehensive background check; Jax was very responsive and had a quick turnaround on my order, delivering results the next day. He was kind enough to answer any questions that I had, and was very professional. I'd most definitely do business with Atwell Investigations again!

Jax was friendly, understanding and FAST! His prices were fair and reasonable. He was able to take my case and manage the transaction all by phone and email which was way more convenient than I was expecting. He also kept me updated with the progress. I feel that Jax did excellent work for me. I have a (soon-to-be-ex) spouse that I firmly suspected of cheating. Although, I had asked her about the situation on a few occasions, she continued to deny the cheating. So, enter Jax. Within a couple of hours of observing her, he obtained some valuable information. The next day, he was able to let me know they would be coming to the house at a certain time. This enabled me to be at the house to directly confront my (soon-to-be-ex) spouse and her new guy. Thus, ending the denials and lying. I am not sure that Jax was aware that I intended to confront them, but, I felt that was the best way to resolve the problem (head-on confrontation).
